This is the opening sequence to the Cattanooga Cats saturday morning cartoon. First aired in Sept. 1969, this is the last 'full fur' cartoon that Hanna-Barbera produced until Swat Cats. All other cartoons they created afterward had people (or Smurfs & Snorks), i.e. Scooby-Doo, Speed Buggy, Josie and the Pussycats, Devlin, etc.
