What they did with this series is they finished Clow's history. They explaied why he hated his magic and why dhe "died" so suddently and left cero and Yue behind.
Vol. 28 of the manga explains it all. They also combind the work of all there other animes in some shape or form into this. ^^ Love the manga and anime.

@bambabi15 No it is not. It is a brand new series by Clamp. Basically, Clamp has decided to unite all their stories together. In this series, there are multiple dimensions with the the same people with the same soul in each dimension. That is why Syaoran and Sakura is here. That is them in an alternate dimension.

@spaghettiulyk I don't think it is. Tsubasa Chronicle uses characters from many of CLAMP's other works, but it's a completely different story in a completely different world (or worlds, rather).
