It seems this Hollywood Hottie is already leaving her mark on the entertainment world. You know this California native as one of the stars in The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants series as well as in the popular WB tv show, Gossip Girl. Have you figured it out? Were talking about Blake Lively.

From an all-new, steamier-than-ever season for Gossip Girl to a maxed-out exclusive birthday bash in real-life, this 21-year-old is taking the industry by storm. Lively recently signed-on for a guest-starring role for NBCs hit comedy, 30 Rock and got the covergirl spot for the September issue of CosmoGirl magazine. Plus, B-Lively herself won at the 0-8 Teen Choice Awards for TV Drama Actress AND TV Breakout Female Star.

Clearly, were not the only ones thinking Miss Blake is the next IT girl. She was one of four featured on the cover of Vanity Fair in August, being named as part of Hollywoods New Wave. Plus, her fan-gushed-about foxy looks got her in the Top Ten of this years FHM Sexiest Women in the World.

People are even still talking about her big-time 1920s-themed party, happening one month after her August birthday. In nothing-but-impressive form, Lively chose New Yorks Palace Hotel for the festivities and somehow managed to score a Michael Buble serenade with a Happy Birthday song.

Only a true IT girl could pull off all of these crazy feats, and still look amazingly gorgeous doing it.
