How can she be wrong, if she is getting this information from the spirit of the people involved? Either she can communicate with those spirits, in which case she should be close to 100% correct, or she is not able to communicate with spirits and is simply making an educated guess which anyone could do. If you asked me what happened to that kid, I could have been AT LEAST as accurate as she was, purely by imaging what likely happened (and maybe throwing in a twist to make it more interesting).

That is actually NOT always the case. The up & left = truth / Up & right = deception has fallen under some heavy question lately and a lot of work coming out now is demonstrating that handedness completely eliminates that generality.
