Christian this is a truly amazing work of art and I can't stop watching it. This is so touching. So many of us dancers along with musicians, actors, and others who express themselves through their art experience so many kinds of depression, anxiety, and other mental disorders. Since we are such emotional, creative, and empathetic beings it is so easy for us to fall into the darkest of places and feel completely alone. This piece speaks volumes to me and reminds me we're NOT alone.

Can u maybe put up like an exercise routine an or like what you should and shouldnt eat to get in shape for dancing? I would really love to be a dancer when Im older but im not in good shape for it. Please? :) your awesome! ^_^

where is that monologue thing at the beginning from? its really haunting and i'm curious XD btw i really like this dance :D it's really powerful and memorable and definitely made an impact on me
