Nevermore: Scotty breaks up the Southern Rockers pt1

The start of Scott Peterson's heel turn and the end of the first incarnation of the Southern Rockers in Portland.

Every territory in the 80's had their own version of the Rock and Roll Express and Portland was no different. In one segment Scotty the Body - who would go on to become best known as Raven - plants the seeds of the heel turn. This storyline really was a star-making performance for Scotty and made him the talk of the wrestling world in early 1989.
