@PhOENiXDoWnz yeah of course, just eat heardy food, work out maybe 2-4 times a week or 2-3, maybe drink some grean tea every day. And you'll notice a big differance.
Just think "Hearty" not healthy....
Hearty like... good ass veggies/fruits n shit. And good ass whole grains n stuff, thats al you need.
you eat that and excercise you'll be a boss!

ive been drinking it for 3 weeks (4 cups a day) now and my energy levels are up im waking up at better times and my bowel movements are much nicer so thumbs up for green tea

Its good for ur skin too, i drink it like morning and night then use the tea bag to my face coz i have some spot marks and yeah it did help!
