sorry if its a boring comment.but lets be serious.machida will win in his fight with evans.and when he meets rampage it will be the same result. but what is important, is who can compete with him? I dont know if anyone reading my comment is able to see the truth.but gsp,cung le,and if he trains harder and becomes a better fighter anderson silva maybe can make a good fight with machida.watch there fights ,stop thinking about your favorite.they are the best fighters ever to cross mma. The only person who will defeat Lyoto Machida will be someone who goes outside of the "boxing" box and modifes their striking skills to counter his. Alot of the guys "boxing" with Machida have remained confident in their boxing skills and will not modify their gameplans to counter him. Machida is a reflexive, speed counterstriker and someone who mixes up their combos with alot of fakes and inside dirty boxing will make headway with him. As it stands now, his lateral movement is his game.

It'll be a good fight for the both of them but I still see Machida inching out a victory on that one but it's going to be a tough fight for Machida as Tito has always been the gatekeeper to the top of the division.

I've studied all of Lyoto's fights(except Vernon's), and I've never seen him as mentally & psychologically-charged up as he is in this. It might be becausethis fight took place a couple weeks after his marriage/honeymoon. relationships usually help a man physiologically

@sammaggard fedor isnt to good on the ground, machida can submit him. Werdum also submitted him in seconds. Fedor can strike though! im sure machida would love to test his karate on somebody like him.

@inspectorchao2 lyoto prob weighs 220 at the fight because he cuts weight. Wanderley prob didnt cut as much or at all.
