  • I've bought pomegranates before and never have I gotten one that practically exploded when I cut it open with fruit. It was mostly that white stuff with a few seeds and barely any fruit.

  • Look at those pomegranates that's what they should be selling in the local grocery stores instead of those that barely have any fruit in them and charging high prices for them. What's wrong the peasants who buy stuff at the grocery stores in America aren't worth the better ones?

  • that one cup would cost like $25 here in canada !

  • @nagwagi2000

They use so many pomegranates for one cup because those kind of juice making machine is extremely wasteful (only about half the juice in the pomegranate is actually taken out). The street vendors here in Israel use the same machine. They do it because it waste a lot of juice but it's much quicker and they can get pomegranate cheaply anway.

Most vendor just own a few pomegranate trees so at harvest they get hundreds of them for free

  • Damn...how many pomegranates went into that one cup...must have cost a bomb!!! Looks delicious tho! :)
