How to do a Gluten free Taco Night

I thought i would put my taco recipe up for the gluten free people (celiac) and for the 100 Day Challengers so you can do a taco Monday with all your friends. It's a great casual way to see everyone.

onion and garlic those are poison, i don't know what is the gluten. noone animal eats grained seeds, nuts or grains...

Megan! Old El Paso do a taco seasoning mix that doesn't have gluten in it :) It's what I use when I make tacos

I just want to say that it looks good however I from Illinois, and I would call that a sloppy joe mix, not taco
