@TheFinlandnator I don't have to imagine that lol. I often get ear infections and have to have wax removed with suction, when my ear is inflamed with infection the suction tube feels like it is red hot and is agonising. I perforated my ear drum with a radio aerial, what a dick lol

@TheFinlandnator I have a perforated ear drum in my right ear, half of my eardrum is gone, I don't think that wax can get in that far, and if it does, they probably would have to do surgery.
My grandmother somehow got wax in her Eustachian tubes and they told her that she would need surgery to get out. I have no idea how it got there.

is possible to have a doctor fix it because me and my brother were playing around then i accidentally threw a proper to close to the ear and he says he lost lot of the hearing in that ear

It's possible, but unlikely. It will probably need a skin graft.
