Synthia's a great girl; a friend of my daughter. She was truly responsible for this fabulous meal. We joked about doing a Goth Chef series, but, alas, that never came to fruition. Belated thanks for your feedback! : )

Contrary to popular belief, France is not actually a city ;) Odd you'd play what sounds like Manson on "Goth" Chef,...most goths hate Manson.

Goth chef is a cool idea. Though don't peel off the skin. Salmon skin or any other grilled fish skin is very good. Japanese grill fish for that flavor. And next time please cook less.
