These are the people who must stay away from the cars, not even a clue how to drive a car in diferent conditions. For them the only difference is the color of the road, black, white (same shit for them). They don't have a clue about what snow is and what properties it has. And something is weird ... almost all cars have ABS and what i saw here was that the wheels are blocked. And ... these are not asian people.
