this makes very little sense but it's one of the funniest Monty Python skits i've ever seen... i can't explain it.

british humour (and particularly Monty) is truly amazing lol =D

He wants to be called with a totally different name; he talks about a 'problem' he had since he was a child; he hides his real face under a fake nose and --- he wants to go 'camping' with his doctor...
I don't think this sketch has no meaning. :)
