cpu bus frequency problem. inspirons had it too. causes high frequency whine.
Either that or a highly clocked gpu.
Use some programs to adjust the fan speed to see if its that, otherwise its the other too and you'll either need rivatuner or RMClock utility to fix it without replacing a cpu.
.....hopefully those work on macs.
