  • mate i reckon if you have the parallettes seperated you won't have that problem! one parallette won't move if all your weight is on it

  • That was a test set I made for portability. (notice how in the front of the video I "fold" them out.. They travel easily- and you've already seen the downside. I train on seperated parellettes now.

  • @RandalSetzler I am wondering what height your parallettes are, i just made a pair and they sit about 9.5 inches off the ground. I find it difficult to do the rocking movements you showed and thought maybe my bar was too low.
