Haha mine's due in about a week or so. I've been taking alot of tips from my mum, and she has been telling me all the goss on birth. I can't wait! Haha and yeah I know it's going to hurt.. But child birth in my opinion is beautiful! I just wanted to know what's a good remedy for the first contractions? And first hours of labour? I've been told to have a hot bath before the day you're due. Haha! Anyway, Take care! - Lucinda

You musnt be in the uk midwifes in uk are so horrible and just want you to get on with it and dont belive your in labour unless your screaming they also put you in positions thats harder to push a baby out of they where exellent and let you get on with it!and record it..

Yes, I did. I thoroughly recommend it. This was my fourth birth, and by far my best!

can i ask how long were you in labor and was it more painful than your 1st ,congrates by the way

I had three weeks of pre-labour and about 5 hours of real labour. It was nowhere near as painful. Well, it probably was similar - just that I dealt with it differently - I blocked the pain out and concentrated on my deep breathing.
