Tech: iMac RAM Upgrade Gone Awry

An old video that i have been meaning to upload but haven't due to the old problem with HQ not appearing. I upgrade my iMacs RAM from 2 to 4 GB , but a few things don't go as planned.

what did it cost ;) and do u have any idea what an upgrade to 8GB costs ?

it cost be about 45 to 47 dollars, so id guess 8 GB will cost double that

I did the same thing bud, except I actually did f**k up my MacBook! Installed the sticks nice and tight, as highlight and properly.. Couldn't get rid of the beeps. Took it to my Apple shop who sent it to get repaired - damage report said the hard-drive needed replacing! Got it back and the guys at the store installed in free of charge, and the repair was free (under warranty). Consider yourself lucky...
