Uyghur folk song: Sayrang-bulbulum (Sing my nightingale). Performed by London Uyghur Ensemble at the "Silk Road 2010 Festival" in Taipei, Taiwan (Republic of China) on May 30th 2010.
I don't know they played extremely slow like this, Check this one out: watch?v=WlNDNBbAsXI&feature=related . These are Uighur Folk songs from the Central Asia, and the most interesting part is that we have been singing these songs for 500-600 years now. We still sing these "ancient" songs in our "modern" parties in the western countries :) hope you will enjoy it :)
