BENZODIAZEPINE CLASS ACTION (XANAX, KLONOPIN, ATIVAN, VALIUM, ETC.)

This is not a sure thing (not pending yet, as it's a search for lawyers who might consider when enough clients prevail), but very much is an effort in the right direction to bringing about change to the over-prescribing of benzos, and just might result in a class action suit which benefits us all!

@mikefiftynine So they'll stop making/marketing the ones who wreak so much havoc, and punishing African countries who simply wish to make a cheaper AIDS drug (violating the Pharma patents, meaning sales are more important than saving human lives) & simply trying to save millions. Jonas Salk's "The people own the patent" statement about his Polio vaccine comes to mind. It's all become all about sales, Scott. But you keep worshipping the medicine gods, who cause over 100,000 lives due to mistakes!

@mikefiftynine You know, Mike, my wife & I wouldn't be alive today, were it not for some pretty brilliant doctors, & some amazing medications developed by pharmaceutical companies, & for that, we're both truly grateful! Honestly! Unfortunately, in this day & age, the only thing which motivates a company to make change, or to research ways of solving a problem they helped create is to target their pocketbook. Were no one to challenge them, nothing would ever change. One class of drugs. That's it!
