  • that looks so damn nasty, but if it saves thousands of poeple each day, and maybe mine one day, it's okay

  • Excellent bougie tips. Especially the pulling back on the endotracheal tube if the bougie hangs up. Too many providers give up if they cannot advance over the bougie or they will rotate the ETT without pulling back. You must pull back the ETT and rotate 90 degrees, if the tube hangs up again pull back and rotate another 90 degrees, if the tube hangs up again pull back and rotate another 90 degrees. If it hangs up again, you should have used a Parker tube that hugs a bougie or a fiber optic scope

  • Got a tutorial on airways this afternoon. That was a very useful video to prepare me. Thank you

  • great video, except the is rocking back on the teeth

  • how nerdy

  • @medic50646 I agree. These will save your life, especially on poor mallampati airways.

  • bougie's rock ! I won't attempt an intubation without one !

  • THATS MI LAST NAME!!!!! (bougie)

  • This is an excellent video - professional production, clear purpose and information presentation, as well as informative and interesting.

  • Great job! Drs. Cormack and Lehane would be proud!
