okay just follow my steps :

http://www.xroxy.com/proxylist.php?port=&type=Socks5&ssl=&country... Sockets5 ip's
IF ANY1 HAVE PROBLEMS WITH BOATS !!! "SERVER DELAY" JUST DON"T CLICK OK ON THE ERROR IGNORE THAT WALK A LITTLE AND THEN RETURN TO THE BOATS SELECT YOUR MISSION AND LUNCH !!
u have to play with that notice on the middle of your screen but just ignore it and u won't have problems

here it's the trick !!!
For better gameplay .. try to play when in america it's night or it's too late for them to play ! So u won't have problems with anything !
