I'm a little jumbled with my explanation in the video so I'll try to explain more coherently here. I have a USB-UIRT device which is connected to Girder 3.3 a program which I've inputted Robosapiens IR Codes turning my PC into the remote control. I then assigned the actions in girder to individual keys, those keys are then controlled by emokey. Emokey has the keys used to trigger the actions in girder set to Push Pull Left Right and Raise Eyebrows (which stops any event).

  • Surely in the future our children will be laughing at us brain interface illiterate, just like how we laugh at our parents as computer illiterates.

  • Good idea, well done, but two things could use improvement: one, you need to do more training with the epoc, and second, try to find some more useful and/or agile device to control through this. This toy doesn't even scare your cat. :-)

  • Wasn't this toy in some movie that starred that guy from King of the Queens?

  • @seminolePP sadly :D

  • ever read Snow Crash? A friend and I are going to use this to make the Metaverse.

  • 2:07 the cat's look

  • 1:05 I waited for that to happen

  • did you buy the Emotive Developer or Research Edition? It did not seem that Robot was sensitive enough to detect the signal that made you do eye-browing so many times.

Maybe eye blinking algorithm is better than Epoic's "thoughts" software. Good job anyway!!!!

  • Awesome science video and cat video in one!

  • @Kookas Expressiv and Cognitiv are different so I'm actually not quite sure. I have the headset and it's great so far. It isn't too hard to use.. but using multiple commands in a short amount of time can be difficult.

  • XD the crash into the wall at the end!

  • LOL@1:02

    THAT SILLY CAT!@#@!
