i got that little circle on the xp star menu but i cannot get the vista start menu, start up orb and the files. please help me!

Mine didnt atm i got the vista black bar at bottom and the logo but when i press start its got windows xp thing for programme nothing like the vista one and my doc folders dont look like the vista ones what can i do to change this?!

lool... I know a better one!
Go to google and write "Vistamizer 3.3.0.0"!!
Than download the vistamizer and run it... and your computer will bee a vista!! ;)
