http://www.therenegadehealthshow.com - Today, we have the last part of Donna Gates' cultured vegetable demonstration. She explains how to pack your fermented vegetables and what equipment to use.
It isthe first time making the cultured veggies..thanks for the info. Have a question after the third or so days it is ready to eat...do we store them in the fridge? or only after openned? Thanks Regina
Man this three part episode was great. You booth are doing an awsome job at this thing, keep it coming, your really making a difference, I'm more aware of my food choices and these shows are giving me some good ideas of different things I can add into my families lifestyle. E
Maybe the History lessons can be done on a separate video....people don't have enough time... We just want the recipe demonstration. And you can refer to the back story in another video......please
I liked the video but did not like the attempt at a new name for it, it is what it is fermented food. I plan on experimenting with beat juice to make the food look really cool!!
@ACEBAKER911 How do you think they kept food "stored" and good for longer than it would take to go off before there was refrigeration? Thousands of years of fermentation techinques, that's how. Also the good bacteria from this process is the very stuff your entire immune system is made from buddy.
DO VEGETABLES HAVE TO BE SUBMERGED UNDER WATER....I was told they do in order to ferment properly
