  • @eischindler I agree about everyone being white, that's kind of a bummer...but the pastor being boring I thought was just a funny touch. They used very stereotypical stuff to add humor to their video. Just my thought.

  • wow cool I didn't know your organisation before! This isn't just for kids! =)

Please never stop making videos like this!!!!!

    Thank you!

  • @eischindler LOL what do you mean the stick figures are white????? They have been drawn with black pencil! LOL

  • I think this is a brilliant series, but I have two complaints: 1) all the people depicted here ( cartoons, stick figures, etc.) are white. 2) the pastor in this video is boring, old, and bald. Really? Way to encourage young people to consider ministry as a vocation!

  • Why does almighty God need to rest after creating the universe? And if he is still creating, how often does he rest? Every 6/7 days?

  • the one minor gripe I have with this series of videos is that God is presented as a Zeus like character who lives in the clouds...

  • @RevWarRev The video said that when people "have done their best work, when they have created really cool, truly inspired stuff, it DIDN'T COME FROM THEIR MINDS, their egos. It came from something beyond themselves." i.e., God's creative energy, not their own.

If such things didn't come from their minds, what was the point of using their minds to do research, work or thinking at all? On the other hand, if you have to do all the hard work yourself, why are we giving all the credit to God?

  • @modernorpheus Missed the point entirely. Father God, creating God formed humanity with a seeking intelligence that's meant to be used, and that God is still creating, and so should humanity. Education, research, hard work, effort are all necessary elements, part of the creative process.

  • This is pretty funny, but why is God still looking like the old Dude with the beard? Seriously, could we totally NOT keep making God the Father the pasty old guy? There's a toss out of God as an OLD woman at the potter's wheel (accurate image BTW, at least the female potter part) but still OLD... And of 7 humans "creating" only one is a woman. Give guys props; guys have gotten the short end of the feminist stick, but 6 outta 7? *Sigh*. The animation's fresh; the images, not so much.

  • Really great discoveries "don't come from their minds." Their education, intelligence, hard work, and life-long efforts didn't matter a lick. Thus, nobody should bother going to school! If God wants you to make a brilliant discovery, he'll just give it to you!

I know a bunch of schoolkids who would LOVE this.
