This is a weird question, but does Chi help to prevent one from being ambushed by insects? I'm very new to Chi gung and would love to practice out doors, but I'm being constantly attacked by our little flying friends.

@fireongreen
Well my friend, here is a little advice from another Tai Chi amateur:
If you train Tai Chi outdoors and ignore insects buzzing around you, your Tai Chi is more effective and that grows your concentration and self-control. I think. :)

The moves are designed to circulate chi(energy) through your body to stimulate all energy centers and bring forth balance and well being.

First of all I'd like to show my sympathy for your videos and skills, I sense deep serenity, strenght and possitive passion. I would like to learn Tai Chi too as an extra form of meditation and to gain from its other benefits.

Furthermore I would also like to say I'm also touched by the music. Would it be possible to share the song anyway? I know you don't know the musician's name, otherwise it would be pleasant to hear his music more often.
