Fully agree, have seen him perform 3 times and met him twice -very gentlemanly and modest- easy to forgot you are in the company of an extraordinary musician.

I had the absolute privilige of spending 4 days with Oleg in 1989. A gentleman and a gentle, quie man with no sense of self importance. After lunch one day, he and I were in the garden having a beer when he jumped up, went inside and came out with his accordion and played Rhapsody in Blue to me, 'just for a laugh' and then said "now you play me something" !! How can you ever play to a talent like his? Virtuoso v novice!
