  • Blah....the trainer that taught me how to do this really did not illustrate proper for with me. He did not tell me to bend the knees at the low end of the swing...that seems to be why my back has been screaming at me for a week.

  • Hey Mike, what are figure eights with kettlebells for? What muscles do they target? I've been doing double handed kb swings and one handed swings, however I still feel portions of my hips and lower back that still remain to get targeted or challenged. Should I increase reps, or try other exercises in conjunction with? Thanks for your videos.
