Me singing/playing "Worn Me Down" by Rachael Yamagata

So I've been trying to find some time to learn how to play the guitar and I've only got a few chords down. I'm borrowing the guitar and won't be having it for a while so I decided to show everyone the progress I've made thus far! Hopefully I can get better but yeah I can hear that some of the chords I play are whack, but it's really all about learning and having fun :)

do u can tell me 1 thing about this song? I hav been tried figure out the real meaning of this song. I think its about rachael, who ardm leaving a guy, because he worn her down... And did so due to other girl. some people said that the other girl leaves him , after. i think that when she sings "gone. She is gone. How do you feel about it" she are refering to herself, who are leaving him. Its make all the sense like that.
