Firstly, people who say climate change isn't happening are morons. The evidence is overwhelming. just because your summers are getting colder doesn't mean that globally things are cooling down.

Climate and weather are entirely different things.

Secondly. whether you believe in climate change or not, the simple fact is, we don't have enough oil to last us forever. why would we postpone building turbines until the last minute when we have the technology today?

Why does no math correlation between co2 and the temperature trends exist? We thus are to ignore Al Gore is on the board of directors of a carbon trading company? Why has temperature increases stalled right now yet co2 output continues to increase? Man's co2 is NOT driving temperatures as claimed by the IPCC and is NOT driving temperatures as claimed by socialist governments looking for a excuse to tax co2 which is in fact plant food and only makes up 0.038% of the air. (0.038 is a trace gas).

Actually its the greens and environmentalist that dont want these windmills because they kill so many birds. The greens and also complained about the noise they make. As for me not wanting them, I never said no such thing at all, I simply said they can be dangerous (only ignorant and feeble minds like yours would make such conjectures that I dont want wind power I like wind power!).As for global warming being real, you going to have to somehow explain why global temperatures are dropping.

Nothings perfect. Windmills break down. Would you rather we install coal plants and barf on our envrioment and everyone gets cancer?

I can deal with a busted windmill every now and then if it means I don't get cancer.

@Albertkallal Just for info the RSPB have released a report saying the research has shown they do not kil birds - the RSPB say the biggest threat to birds is climate change. Just for info!

And worse than that, I think all the windmills they are installing are changing the wind patterns in North America. There's no telling how that will effect the climate.

I thought of this decades ago during my college years and designed a solution but never got around to patent it or make a working model to show it works. Now that wind generators are popular, I will make a working model and put a video on youtube. Never mind the patent. The world needs clean energy.
