i make my my taco salad different. i use 1 pound ground beef, lettuce, i dice up tomatoes, shred chddar, mozzerella cheese and tortilla chips

first i fry ground beef, add taco seasoning to it, then take out any grease left. then i mix my lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and chips all together in a large mixing bowl and i add the meat and mix everything together. and then we have some taco salad. yummy. makes about 10 servings.

Try mixing (deans) sour cream to none spicy taco seasoning. It's a great sauce for taco salad
