Hi, I hope your parents will soon agree and get you a bird but please consider adopting one from the humane society or bird rescue group. There are so many birds that need adopting by someone like yourself. Maybe you could check out bird rescue groups in your area. Birds are WONDERFUL and bring so much fun and love to their owners.
