Dana Sterling leads her 15th Tactical Armored Corp into the fallen flagship of the Robotech Masters in daring recon mission ordered by the supreme leaders of the United Earth Defense Forces. This military tactic was anticipated by the Robotech Masters, who relish the opportunity to capture a few human specimens, dead or alive!

  • Shut down all the garbage mashers on the detention level!

  • and another thing ... to all you Carl Macek/Harmony Gold bashers who defame the very people who, essentially, introduced the west to anime (G-Force and Battle of the Planets doesn't fucking count, guys) ... stop it. I watched Macross DYRL, as well, and you're right, it IS superior to the US version and Macross SDF IS better than Robotech ... but who cares? I'm thankful for growing up watching Robotech every Saturday morning ... it led me to the anime craze that possessed me during the 1990's.

  • I love this ep , great soundtrack 6:57, 11:44 , 20:36

  • @daTruChosen never wish for a live action verson of a good anime remember what happened to DBZ

  • Bowie can battle huh

  • As of this episode, Bowie is now my favorite character in the Masters Saga.

  • @cykokiller16

In the novelization of this episode by Jack McKinney, the fact that the scene was stolen from Star Wars is actually referenced. When the ceiling starts to come down, Xavez says to Angelo "I seen this movie, Sarge!" Soon after, the narration says "Yes, it was very much like a scene from a movie they had all seen." And when Dana says she's going to blast their way out, Louie says "I don't think it would be a good idea. If you remember that movie--".

  • Bowie is a stalker

  • Is it really such a good idea to constantly split up, when you don't even have a map and are in a hostile environment teeming with untold number of enemies? Even though the writing for Robotech was no Hemmingway, Southern Cross is easily the weakest and thats saying something.

  • Holyshit, that Bioroid just bled!

  • You know I prefer the original op that combined all three series.
