i was in a tourney where a guy was open limping a ton; but he was really good at reading flops and he knew when to fold. he would win a ton of hands with marginal holdings. he rarely raised pre flop, just limping and even calling raises. this goes against good strategy but the guy made the final table. has anyone seen this type of play work in a tourney?

I tried this and he was like yeah man lets go all in man so I went all in and found out I was beaten by five of a kind and got really mad and stuff and went on a destructive obsessive trauma and ended up gay and stuff.
