This scene can be found in the very beginning of the game. You just have to keep opening and closing this door and Alma will appear.
You can hear a voice saying
"I hate you daddy"
Which doesn't sound much like Alma to me...maybe another Easter Egg?? What do you guys think?

It was Alma while she was still alive. As you know, Alma was made a guinea pig by Harlan Wade, her father. He experimented on her psychic abilities and also tried to make her give birth so that her baby may also have the same psychic abilities as her. Point Man, your character had weak psychic abilities, they say. I don't think they realized that he had super-human reflexes which is a part of his psychic ability. Fettel is Alma's second son. Point Man is the oldest son.
