@GTKIIDBX96 in heart gold after u beat the kimono girls? umm. go to bell tower (with the rainbow wing and bell) and continue your way up through the ladders (bell tower, if you dont know, it the really big building right behind the dance theater go inside and talk to the guy on the far right). u may have trouble at first with the ladders but it is really not that hard. comment if u want me to do a video on how to get passed.

umm in Ecruteak City after defeating the 5 kimono girls.

@calebleda After having the 8 badges, fly to Ecrutak City and go to the dance theater, Deafeat Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, and Umbreon, that means all the Komonos and then they'll give you
