I had no idea!!!! I've often wondered why I havnt seen much of the Lambs on T.V.

@rosemarie443 I share your sentiments. IMO not everything in the Bible is from God, some of it is clearly fabricated, or just mere opinions. Do not let anybody tell you to feel otherwise, the mere fact that you have doubts could very well mean the living God that lives in you is communicating this to you. The Kingdom of God is within you, not the Bible. If you want to find and hear from God personally then seek into the Kingdom that is within.

I REMEMBER CALLING THEYR SHOW YEARS AGO TO SEE IF THEY COULD HELP ME WITH SOMETHING .. I HAVE A CHILD WITH SPECIAL NEEDS AND MOVING INTO A NEW STATE I HAD NO ONE SOOO WHEN I CALLED THEY SHOW AND TOLD ME THAT THEY ONLY TAKE DONATIONS MONEY AND THEY COULD NOT HELP ME...BUT I LOOK TO MY GOD AND I PUT MY TRUST ON HIM MEN BELIEVE ME HE IS A GOD THAT WILL GIVE YOU WHAT YOU NEED. @leemorethomas like i said i believe in God and Jesus, but can the bible be trusted, if so then i have nothing to worry about, according to John 3:16. i am only trying to get somebody to give me proof of the bible, it was written by 40 men who all had there own ideas, and it has been translated about 6 or more times, now you want me to believe that nothing has been lost but the 13 books that was in the first writtings.

The bible is not a bunch of religious jargon and rhetoric as some claim. It presents PRACTICAL principles. Therefore it must be PRACTICALLY applied so that its value can be realized. Many biblical principles must be consistently followed in order to reap the benefits. There are countless people whose lives have been changed because they have seriously and consistently followed its guidliness. There are equally countless people whose live have not because they were not consistent.

@rosemarie443 There is an old adage that says "The proof is in the pudding". The Bible presents concepts, principles and precepts of life. In order to measure and quantify the validity, value and truthfulness of its contents it must be put into "practice" or applied consistently and systematically. Its not enought to just read and study the Bible, its precepts must be applied in as much as a medicine's effectiveness cannot be ascertained unless it is taken.
