Our english budgie

This is our beloved pet,a male budgie. But he didn't yet get tamed much and he is afraid of us litle i think.We have him about 3 years he is old enough,no mater how many times i have try to put my fingers close to him he never climb up.I think that this is because he get use to the idea that he have a more reliable company in his mirror than us.
