If you sample the osscilating sound from the cannon. Then play it back thru a loudspeaker you can knock the sound out. (What is called cancelation or sonic collision). Also you can reflect the sound back using a sheild, something like a round bbq grill top would work good! and ear plugs! Bring your GEAR! The people should not be afraid of their government, The government should be afraid of its people! Raise the fist !!!
