To be fair, PLEASE and THANK YOU actually become a bit time consuming if always having to be said. And mentally distracting when having to keep 20 things straight in your head.

If I were Nicolas Refn i wouldnt be such an idiot, he is abit too fed up with himself. If you have people under you you deal with it in good fashion. It makes everybody work much better...
But dont let him get to you... next time he asks for coffee, ask how much and when he tells you how much then just ask him if he is sure. Its mocking without being to obvious :-D
