I am from Aswan, My brother is a tour guide there. I am somewhat related to the men in this video as my dad used to be apart of their group before he married my mum and moved to Australia. Us nubians speak both Arabic and Nubian, in these songs some words are nubian, others are arabic which puts it together very nicely. if you have any other questions about Nubia, or Aswan you can message me any time.
