Silverchair - Emotion Sickness cover

Silverchair is a band that I want to raise awareness of. They've been around for over 15 years now but have been relatively forgotten about in North America, due to a dramatic shift in their musical style. This is the first song from their Neon Ballroom album, which I believe is the first true Silverchair album. I cannot recommend this band enough. Go buy one of their album immediately.

@someonetookmynamegrr There are tabs out there. I searched hard for it and didn't give up. Try that. My tab taught me the correct tuning. I learned this song 8 years ago so I don't know where I found my tab. It was a long time ago. Just tune your guitar down to the tuning that I have written in the info and study the video to figure it out. Be more persistent. There are many ways to learn how to play a song.

I've attempted to sing a very difficult vocal song here. I do alright.

I'm not sure. There's probably a decent tab out there somewhere. I'll give you the tuning though which will get you started: e-C# a-G# d-C# g-G# b-C# e-C#

i just wanna comment on what you said in the video description that you feel Neon Ballroom is their first true album. if you like the album "ten" from pearl jam theres no reason to not like Frogstomp, and freakshow (which i think is their best one) is like a cross between neon ballroom and the album "betty" by Helmet which is SICK. diorama took a while to grow on me but now i like it, but young modern is just BAD.

Young Modern is great! The only reason that most people like Frogstomp or Freakshow is because they're heavier albums.

Daniel Johns himself has said that he doesn't even like playing songs from those albums live anymore. They made those albums when they were in their teens. Success and fame came to them before they had fully developed their sound and they got trapped into being "heavy." They grew in heeps starting with Neon Ballroom. Frogstomp and Freakshow pale in comparison.
