It really gives me the creeps the way she looks at me, and is always smiling and giggling when she talks to me. The conversations are so one sided and I dont give her any encouragement so why doesnt she get the message?

Its not flattering if someone likes you who is unattractive. There is this woman at work who is nasty and she always tries to converse with me, I never initiate the conversations with her or ask her any questions about herself, but she just doesnt get it. I find it insulting to think that she actually has a chance with me. She will try and make conversations over the smallest and trivial things and use just about any excuse to try to talk to me.
