crystal battery pt2., if you thought of it as a dielectric capacitor with piezo crystals, you would have voltage polarization on the plates from the crystals due to 'casimir attractive pressure' (or maybe the crystals are picking up radio frequencies) maybe both..

ive had more thought on this and i feel the process is like a pn junction or diode where the a/c waves are catching in the crystal and the electrons are separating off to poles like a dielectric. I you put a magnetic field on one end to push the + electrons from the - electrons you should generate a + current. Also try 'doping', a technique of using impurities to favour electron sepatation. in one end of the crystal use bits of metal that + electrons cluster around.

if both, you would have a voltage pump eg.. crystal gives volts from radio waves these polarize on plates, plates compress(casimir) forcing peizo effect in crystals that give further voltage and continue the cycle. Maybe this would explain extra voltage with plates and crystal, as opposed to no plates.

I think the format of the magnectic field would help you to make the crystals...

Why don't you take the recipe? There are lots of cheap scales that will help you to repeat the same efficiency and behavior. Just a though... I wish you success!
