@bieberfever96luvv Your best bet is to get cake mix, chocolate, vanilla, whatever. Once it's baked, top it with a pudding flavour of your choice and cover the top like icing (or you could just use icing since the purpose of the pudding is to make sure the stuff you put on top sticks), sprinkle the gummy worms and the crushed Oreo cookies on top and then you're done! Hope this helps out :)
