@44fastgun i think i figured out where we had some miscommunication. if someone is spending money intheir business, that is put in as business expenses where i agree that it should be a tax break, but lets say a CEO rakes in a PROFIT as in money going to only him thats where i disagree on the tax breaks.
@44fastgun im not talking about small business. as said if ONE person PROFITS 500k a year those are the tax cuts i am talking about not what the business pulls in all together. two different situations. and that obama/bush thing is probably a fluke seeing as how obama still extended the BUSH tax cuts. as for the obamacare, im ok with it, if i have to pay a percentage or so more in taxes so that MILLIONS of people can have health insurance i am ok with that. somethins are more important than $
@yooper2 ..., not to kick back and watch TV, but to finish paperwork. Then he deals with insurance, workman's comp is a massive expense; keeping licenses current, advertising. Add up what this costs. Now how welcoming do you think this unconstitutional health care burden is? In light of this, biz owners, like myself, have deterimined it is better to be an employee. You mentioned Bush, under Bush I went from employee to successful biz owner, under Obama I went from business owner back to employee
@yooper2 I don't think we're talking about the same thing here. In my original post, which you responded to, my point is that it is already a burden for small businesses like sole-proprietors to actually run a biz. Most SP's are working in the field with the employees, in addition, to keeping up with hours, overhead, and material expenses, he has to keep up with tax write-offs such as mileage, EVERY SINGLE DAY. THEN he is responsible for cutting employee taxes. Then he goes home....
@44fastgun they knock off a percentage. that way the cuts are ACTUALLY used to create jobs rather than an extra buck for the wealthy. while at the same time generating the revenue that the government needs, its a win win. or would that step on the feet of people making millions. and by the way, if a business NEEDs something done, they are going to do it with the tax cut or not. if they want something done for THEIR business they can pay for it themselves.
@44fastgun i didn't say anything about small business making less than 500k in PROFIT. but if you are PROFITING as in money that YOU get than that is completely different. and you really think that all athletes have Butlers? come on be real. and those agents have MANY clients. its not like ever single athlete has his very own personal agent, or lawyer how about this rather than just out right giving companies and wealthy people tax cuts for doing nothing for every 10k jobs or so

@yooper2 what about the people who have nothing to do with hiring people that make half a million, a year, or Pro Athletes that make MILLIONS. they don't create jobs
You're right! They never have agents, maids, butlers, property managers, schofers, secretaries, dealerships, charities, never open restaurants. They just sit indoors and hug on their money all day long. I stand corrected!
