Kashmir - Valley of Death - 1 of 6

This film was made as a result of a visit of a human rights group from West Bengal to the Kashmir Valley. The entire film was made out of the footage taken during this visit. It projects the aspiration of the people of Kashmir to be free of the Indian state and it's continuing violence.

Why can you show this video? Only reason the land of Mahatma Gandhi is a great secular democracy of 1.2 billion people. Not perfect but surely the greatest democracy. India has confidence in her self due to democratic traditions and her formidable military might, strongest military power in Asia.

Imagine if you were in China you would have been liquidated. Also most of these videos are set-up ones and many people in these videos not Kashmiris.

@yt2rodriguez Well, you have the opportunity why don't you upload an eye opener. I would like to see some Budhist from Zaskar valley talking about this situation or a Hindu Pandit, but not the gentle or lady above some real Kashmiri Pandit, who is now living in Kashmir and last thing don't upload something from Indian media.

You can call it Hindu extremism, I am sure its not democracy, where a huge population is demanding its right of self determination and is being denied, where government is not pushed about its citizens and they rot in abduction of some Somali pirates, where Amarnath yatris blame their own so called army of firing upon them, where Golden Temple is over run by military boots, no it's not Dem

I'm a Pandit...Even recently, my family went to kashmir only to be harassed by their "neighbours." And the only people who loose their cultural, linguistic and ethnic identity in Kashmir situation are us Pandits. Our ancestor Kashyap Reshi(after whom Kashmir has been named) must be heartbroken. I want Kashmir to become Azaad so that KMs (who loved pakistan in 1990) get a taste of the real pakistan..and yes, azaadi will be same as being part of pakistan. I guess it is called Karma:)

You are welcome as far as your views are concerned, as India is a great and a powerful democracy. But, I do not agree with your views as you appear to be narrow in you views. Try saying this in China (the beloved land of people such as Gilani, Omar Farooq, etc. ) and you would surely be liquidated.! Thus respect your land India.
