Mordred's Lullaby - Cover

Sooo.... I really like this song. Am I able to sing it well? That depends on... I fail at singing the last "sleep" in the last two refrains. In those, you're supposed to adapt to the melody, but I just... can't. No matter how many times I tried, I couldn't remember it. So this is the finishing result ^_^
And I have curly hair. I love it (^0^)

A very good attempt I must say. Have you tried slowing the backing track down a little? Thing is, you naturally hold the notes but you hold them a fraction too long so by the end you are rushing each line a little to keep in time for the next line. Slow the backing down a little and sing at the pace that is comfertable to you rather than trying to keep up. It was very good but a few tweaks needed. Still better than some other covers though!!

Your have a beautiful voice and you manage to reach all the high notes without any effort. Now, for some constructive criticism: I can tell that this is not exactly the music style you are used to. You tend to sing some notes longer than in the original and risk to lose the tempo, without the support of the background line. Also, you need to know when to breathe, but that comes with practice. Your voice is amazing and I really hope you'll make good use of it :)

@aminmella Thanks for the constructive criticism! I really appreciate it, thank you so much ^_^ And you're right, this is quite different from the songs I usually sing - but it was fun, so I'll practice until I can sing other songs like this as well ^_^
