any doubters out there, i listened to the cd every day, meditated before i went to sleep with it, read the book and lost 30 pounds in 6 months from basically doing nothing (was in school so i didnt really have time to go exercise) but imagine if i would have went to the gym and meditated everyday at the same time.. i use to be a little chubby, but now im pretty slim and very happy.. Thanx Gabe this whole program really changed my life
